- Our recruitment consulting service charges are 8.33% of annual CTC where Cost to the Company (CTC) excludes benefits like Gratuity, Performance Incentive & milestone based bonuses.
- The service tax as applicable shall be added to the invoice and will be payable by the client.
- We will not be responsible for reimbursement of cost of rail/air fare for the candidate/s called for interviews.
- In the event of a selected candidate leaving your company within three months of joining, our replacement will be free of cost.
- For any selected candidate payment to be made by the client within 30 days of the candidate joining or of receipt of invoice, whichever is later.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property, loss of profits or any other loss or for injury to persons arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any candidate/s introduced by us.
- The candidates referred by us for your requirements would be in the strictest confidence and no reference about them without prior authorization from our office would be expected from the client.
- The resume/profile sent by us contains information as furnished by the candidate. Although accurate to the best of our knowledge, GenXmedia does not warrant the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate.
A duly accepted copy of this will constitute a valid Contract between xxxx and GenXmedia.
